- The Wirt County Fair Board requires all vendors, exhibitors and concessionaires to obtain the required permits or license to operate their booth.
- Full payment is due by July 15, 2023. Payments and reservations received after July 15th will incur an additional $25.00 charge.
- No refunds will be made after July 15, 2023.
- Please remember this is a family event. Keep that in mind when choosing which items you are selling. We reserve the right to forbid items.
- Please contain all activities to your own designated area and please keep your area as clean as possible.
- The State Tax Dept requires that we furnish them with the tax numbers of all of our vendors. Everyone must have a tax number, including non profit.
- ALL power to vendor booths/campers will be turned off on Sunday at 2:00 p.m.
